Q: I am an N Press Print Store customer and have sent an order through an online purchase.  How can I check the status of delivery and make changes to my product?

A: If you have purchased a product through npressprint.com - a graphic design consultant will contact you to proof your order!  Upon approval, your product will be delivered according to shipment terms outlined on your receipt.  All changes must be made prior to approval of sample.  Contact nGallerie llc Customer Service at our Wilmington office location at 910-915-6533 for further information.

Q.Can I get a custom ordered project with original art/illustration or graphic layout? What type of shipment options do you offer?

A. When you order one of our fine products at npressprint.com - you can log on to our online studio to get a custom picture or design produced for you.  One of our graphic designers will be assigned to you for your custom product - at no additional cost!  We are currently providing overnight delivery to customers in California, Ohio, New Jersey, Arizona, the Carolinas and the surrounding region.

A: Contact our local office:  1213 Culbreth Drive at our Wilmington location for a scheduled meeting or leave a message with our Reception Desk - Tel: 910-398-6411  Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST.  We also have a Raleigh location on Computer Dr. (turn off Six Forks Road).
